Patricia Malnati (Jomsalva SA)

Patricia Malnati is the President of Argentinian rubber manufacturer Jomsalva SA. She is also Director of the Sustainability Committee of the Latin American Rubber Industry Association (SLTC) and Vice President of the Sustainability Department of the Industrial Union of the Province of Buenos Aires. Her proactive spirit and vision of achievements through her participation in organizations lead her to face projects within her community and in the business environment to affirm the potential of businesses led by women.

Aleksey Gryshchenko (Yashina)

Aleksey Gryshchenko is the Managing Director of the Ukrainian retreader, Yashina. He has been a pioneer in promoting quality retreading in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. He has been nominated for this as well as his wllingness to share his knowledge with others nowadays and the success he has achieved in a country where there is little support for Roberta and no anti-dumping protection.

Eduardo Acosta (Neumaservicio)

Eduardo Acosta is the Managing Director of the Chilean retreader Neumaservicio based in the mining region in the North of Chile. Since March 2016, he has led the Chilean Association of Tyre Retreading and Renovation – ARNEC, guiding and to raising the standard of the sector, as well as negotiating with the Government on the industry’s behalf. He has been nominated for his dialogue capacity, positive attitude, technical ability, and overall passion for the tyre retreading sector.

Eduardo Nava (Pre-Q Galgo Corporation)

Eduardo Nava is the Vice President of Pre-Q Galgo Corporation, the US subsidiary of Mexican tread rubber manufacturer Galgo. He has been nominated for the way in which he has fostered an authentic team atmosphere, empowering his employees to excel, as well as the way he has promoted a company-wide customer-focused and family culture.

Jim Fairweather (Tyrecycle)

Jim Fairweather is the CEO of the Autralian tyre recycling company Tyrecycle. He is the current president of WRISA and ATRA, a Board Member and Treasurer of ACOR and was most recently appointed to the Board of ALOA. He has been instrumental in ensuring an ongoing partnership and engagement between the Government and the Industry to create practical solutions to progress Australia’s tyre recycling business, contributing to Government net zero aspirations, and further progressing the circular economy.

Dario Andreani (Insamar)

Dario Andreani has been the CEO and Chairman of Chilean Retreader INSAMAR, based in Valparaiso, since 2010. He is also the founder of Sustrend Technical Consultancy, which has led separate consultancy projects to standardize the Chilean retread industry and to achieve a Nationally Appropriate Mitigating Actions (NAMA for the Chilean retreading sector. He was one of the leading players in the establishment of the Chilean Retreaders Association, ARNEC.
